Article 1(qualification)
If you would like to stay with your dog at our hotel, you must meet the following conditions:
This is what we will do.
1. Only small and medium-sized dogs (typically Corgis and Shiba Inu dogs) kept indoors are allowed inside the facility. No animals larger than this are allowed inside the facility.
2. The dog must be toilet trained and not bark unnecessarily, jump on others, bite, or destroy the facility.
3. The dog has been vaccinated against rabies and viral infectious diseases (a combination vaccine of 5 or more types) and the vaccination period has been more than 2 weeks but less than 1 year.
4. Submit a copy of your vaccination certificate for rabies and viral infectious diseases at the time of booking to prove "3."
5. Be at least 4 months old.
6. Being able to sleep in the cage.
7. Fleas, ticks and parasites have been eradicated.
8. For female dogs, they must not be in heat (4 weeks from the start of menstruation) or pregnant.
9. The dog must be registered with the public health center.
10. You are not undergoing treatment for an illness or injury, and there is no risk of contracting a contagious disease.
Article 2(Number of dogs allowed)
We limit the number of dogs allowed per room to one medium-sized dog and three small dogs.
Article 3(Provided dog equipment)
Please return the provided equipment to its original position after use.
We provide cage toilets, toilet sheets, wet wipes, cages, deodorizing sprays, garbage bags, and other equipment, but please bring your own everyday dog supplies to help promote your dog's relaxation.
Article 4(Accommodation Manners)
To ensure that everyone has a comfortable stay at the facility, please observe the following points when using the facility.If you do not comply with these rules or if any false information is provided, you may be refused entry to our facilities.
1. Please shampoo and bathe your dog before your trip.
2. When entering the facility, please wipe off any dirt from your dog's paws at the entrance.
3. Please do not shampoo or bathe your pet dog in the bathtub in your guest room.
4. Don't let your dog sleep on your bedding.(Please let them sleep in the cage provided.)
5. Please refrain from grooming or brushing your pet in the guest rooms.Please do this outdoors and clean up any hair or other debris that may have fallen out during the process.
6. If your pet defecates in a place other than the indoor toilet, please clean up promptly and hygienically.
7. Please be responsible for disposing of your dog's feces during walks and in the dog room, and place it in the designated box provided in the room.
8. If you leave your dog alone while you go out for meals, bathing, etc., please put it in the cage provided.
9. If you are going out with your dog, please be careful of cars.Also, please make sure to keep your pet on a lead so as not to cause any inconvenience to other guests or neighbors.
10. Dogs are not permitted in any hotel facilities other than guest rooms.When moving outside of the guest room, please bring your dog in a dog carrier or carry it in your arms.
11. Please bring your dog's food.
12. In the unlikely event that your dog becomes injured or suddenly ill, we will refer you to a nearby veterinary hospital.If you have any other questions, please contact the hotel staff.(However, please understand that there are no 24-hour veterinary clinics nearby.※It is located in Koriyama City, about 1.5 hours away.)
14. Please take care not to cause damage to the building, furniture, fixtures, equipment, plants, employees, visitors to the Hotel, or others.
Article 5(insurance)
Our hotel complies with the law and provides insurance, etc. that accommodation providers are normally required to provide.Currently, most accidents caused by dogs are not covered by insurance.Please be careful to avoid accidents during your stay.
The agent also advised us about the existence of pet insurance.If you are concerned, please make separate arrangements.
Article 6(Liability)
Our hotel's pet dog rooms are intended to provide a room where you can stay with your pet dog, but are not intended to provide care for your pet dog. Please be aware that we ask that you manage your pet at your own risk.
Article 7(Other)
Other arrangements regarding accommodation and use of the facilities will be governed by the hotel terms and conditions.
